Our single family house is located in a very beautiful community by Little Assawoman Bay. It was settled in September 2018. It has 2,600 sq ft. It is 7 min drive to Fenwick Island, and 7 min drive to grocery stores. You will also find many great restaurants nearby.
House:
We have Smart TVs in every bedroom including a 65 inch in the living room and a 55 inch in the master bed. WiFi is FULLY covered in every corner of this house. We use great furniture including Restoration Hardware. We do stay here during off-season, so we provide what we like to all guests.
Community Amenities:
The waterfront clubhouse has an outdoor swimming pool, a kids pool and a gym. You would also have the access to the private beach and decks from the clubhouse. You may bring your canoe, kayaks or jet ski. You will have to take them out of water after use though. There is also a fireplace right across from the house.
Nearby:
You will have great restaurant and other attractions within minutes of drive in Fenwick Island and Ocean City. You will also enjoy Delaware Seashore State Park. If you are from out-of-state, you have to check out Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach about 30 minutes drive away.
